T.O. is the Founder of O'Daniel Athletics/Lake Area Academy. He played collegiately at Rend Lake College (NJCAA-Division 1), and the University of Indianapolis. O’Daniel helped lead the 2012 Greyhounds in hits, doubles, home runs, total bases, RBI’s, SLG, and HBP. He was named First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conferen

As a player, Coach Wilz competed as a starting LHP at Southeastern Illinois College and Brescia University where he garnered All-Conference and Pitcher of the Week honors. Coach Wilz then returned to SIC where he began his coaching career.
