Becoming a Rattler

 Our Lake Area Youth Development Program is an all-inclusive organization that focuses on player development, discipline, competitiveness, and community. We want to develop a baseball/softball network of families, coaches, and players working together to build a stronger community through sports. Players will have the opportunity to train year around in the Lake Area Academy Facilities to develop and learn as they progress through their career. 

Our program offers players from 8U-17U a unique opportunity to play with the same team, and train with the same people from coach pitch to college. Lake Area Academy even offers a Post Grad Program that gives players that have graduated from high school the opportunity to train for one more year before entering college baseball.  

Lake Area Rattlers will have the opportunity to train in every area needed to play at a high level. We will train out of one of the nicest indoor facilities in the area, offering professional instruction in the following areas:

Hitting

Pitching

Infield

Outfield

Baserunning

Catching

Speed & Agility

Age Specific/Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning

Baseball IQ
